Bits web design are experienced with service based websites so we knew they understood what we needed. I discovered through the process that I had to do lots of work to keep up with you building the website and creating the content and photos, and you made is as painless as possible! I liked that you knew our business and got to know it really well, you were very patient with my numerous requests and questions, nothing was any trouble. You did everything quickly and suggested things that were going to make our lives easier like the booking form. You also seemed to understand that I didn't know much about websites and let me know about things that would be interesting to me. eg hidden pages for staff. You were always quick in response to my queries and had good vision of what I needed. You produced a high quality functional product that has already started working for us. I absolutely recommend you, you were great to work with, and I liked being taught how to do the updates myself so I have some control over it. Thank you so much!
